End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Calib Capture

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Calib.io ApS covering your use of the Calib Capture application and related modules ("Software"). By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms.

License Grant and Freeware Status
- Calib.io ApS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software for any lawful internal purpose.
- The Software is distributed as freeware. There are no license keys to purchase, activate, or renew.

MCS Module Limitation
- The Motorized Calibration Stand ("MCS") module included with the Software may only be used in combination with Calib's official MCS hardware products. Using the module with other hardware is not permitted.

Restrictions
- You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Software.
- You may not remove or alter copyright or attribution notices contained in the Software.
- Except as explicitly allowed above, you may not rent, lease, or provide the Software as a hosted service to third parties.

Ownership
- All intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain with Calib.io ApS. This EULA grants you usage rights only; no ownership is transferred.

Warranty Disclaimer
- The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calib.io ApS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Software.

Termination
- This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the Software. Calib.io ApS may terminate it if you breach these terms, after which you must cease using the Software.

Governing Law
- This EULA is governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By using the Software you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA.
